Anthony Coniglio, Senior Vice President

Anthony is the President of Resource Residential Mortgage, Inc. ("RRM"), Resource America's residential mortgage business. RRM originates conforming and non-conforming loans via Primary Capital Mortgage, its captive mortgage originator in Atlanta, GA, and purchases interests in residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS) on the secondary market via its seasoned NYC-based trading team.

Anthony has 24 years of financial services experience. He started his career auditing banks and asset managers at Price Waterhouse. He held a number of roles at CIBC in operations, treasury, and structured finance. He then spent 14 years at JPMorgan establishing its asset-based conduit platform, running a structured finance business, and several roles in investment banking culminating with co-leading the Specialty Finance Investment Banking Group. Before joining Resource America, Anthony spent two years as CEO of Elevation Home Loans, LLC, a start-up residential mortgage company.
