Darryl Myrose, Managing Director

Darryl serves as Managing Director of Resource Real Estate Funding, Inc. ("RREF"). Darryl co-manages RREF, which is a subsidiary of Resource America, Inc., and is based in Los Angeles. RREF originates and invests in commercial real estate debt and has closed over $3 billion of transactions since inception.

Prior to joining RREF in 2006, Darryl was a Managing Director of Bear Stearns and co-managed the Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage office in Los Angeles; he joined Bear Stearns in 1996. Previously, Darryl was employed with Clarion Advisors where he was an asset management analyst. Darryl received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
