Darshan Patel, Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer

Dar is Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Resource America, Inc. Dar also serves as Chief Legal Officer of Resource Financial Fund Management, Inc. and President of Resource Securities, Inc.

Prior to joining Resource America, Inc. in 2001, Dar practiced commercial litigation, most recently as an associate with the law firm of Berman, Paley, Goldstein and Kannry in New York from 1998 to 2000. Dar received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University in 1992 and a Juris Doctor from American University’s Washington College of Law in 1995. Dar is a member of the New York State Bar.
