David Jansky, President

David is the President of Resource Capital Markets, Inc. ("RCM"). Since his hire in 2008, David has been responsible for developing RCM's Structured Finance investment platform, as well as building out Resource America's Global CLO Structuring and Placement business. With offices in Singapore and London, David's team has been involved in trading and structuring well over $5 billion in Structured Finance products.

David spent most of his 20 year career in the structured credit markets, most recently at JPMorgan where he headed the Trust Preferred Business. In 2005, David was hired at JPMorgan's Structured Credit Products group as head of Global ABS CDOs. Prior to joining JPMorgan, he was responsible for structuring CLOs at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank, and later structured a variety of CDOs as an Executive Director at Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds a MS in Statistics and Mathematics from New York University and a BSE in Finance from The Wharton School of Business.
