Eric Baum, Managing Director

Eric is Managing Director for Resource Real Estate Funding ("RREF"). RREF originates and invests in commercial real estate debt and has closed over $3 billion of transactions since inception.

Prior to joining RREF in April of 2013, Mr. Baum was a Managing Director at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, where he was responsible for both commercial real estate loan origination and investment sales on a national basis. Prior to Rockwood, Mr. Baum was a Managing Director at Capmark/GMAC Commercial Mortgage from 1998 through 2009, where he had day to day responsibilities for nationwide loan origination for both the bridge and conduit programs. Mr. Baum began his commercial real estate career in 1994 with Midlantic/PNC Bank in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
