Jeffrey Blomstrom, Senior Vice President

Jeffrey D. Blomstrom has been Senior Vice President of Resource America and President of Resource Financial Fund Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Resource America, since 2003. Mr. Blomstrom currently sits on the Advisory Committee to CVC Credit Partners L.P. and is a member of the credit committees of Northport Capital, LLC and Resource Real Estate Funding, Inc.

Prior to joining Resource America, Mr. Blomstrom was a Managing Director at Cohen Bros. and Company, an investment bank specializing in the financial services sector, from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Blomstrom was, from 1999 to 2000, an associate at Covington & Burling, a law firm, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Mr. Blomstrom received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1999, where he was a recipient of the Class of 1912 prize and a James Kent scholar.
