Kevin M. Finkel, Senior Vice President

Kevin is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT and Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT II, the Executive Vice President for Resource Real Estate and Senior Vice President for Resource America.

Prior to joining Resource Real Estate in 2002, Kevin was an investment banker at Barclays Capital and one of its predecessors where he advised clients in complex capital transactions. Kevin began his career as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank Securities where he advised global companies in a variety of industries, including the gaming and lodging industry. As an investment banker, Kevin was responsible for raising over $15 billion of equity capital for a variety of companies and for structuring complex debt products for Fortune 500 companies. Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
