Kyle Geoghegan, Managing Director

Kyle co-manages Resource Real Estate Funding, Inc. ("RREF") and is based in Los Angeles. RREF originates and invests in commercial real estate debt and has closed over $3 billion of transactions since inception.

Kyle has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Prior to joining RREF in 2006, Kyle co-managed the Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage office in Los Angeles, which he joined in 1998, and was responsible for origination of over $1 billion of loans annually for sale into the securitization market. Previously, Kyle spent four years as a real estate loan officer at PNC Bank in Philadelphia, PA where he originated and managed a $400 million portfolio of construction and bridge loans. Kyle received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
