Michael Magaldi, CFA, Managing Director

Michael is a Managing Director at Resource Capital Markets ("RCM"), a subsidiary of Resource America, Inc. RCM is involved in various capital markets activities including CLO origination and distribution, structured products trading and proprietary credit investments. RCM has arranged various loan and real estate securitizations and continues to be active in both the Europe and U.S. markets.

Michael has 20 years of financial services experience. He started his career as a safety and soundness bank examiner with the FDIC, covering banking institutions out of the Boston Regional Office. He then spent 10 years at JPMorgan in the Structured Credit team, performing various roles including syndication of CLOs and Trust Preferred CDOs.
